For employee recruitment, it’s critical that messaging is delivered with sincerity. Modern viewers are quick to recognize and connect with authenticity. Scripted deliveries can often fall flat when given by real employees. Taking this into account, an informal interview style was adopted for this project. This allows subjects to feel comfortable and speak in their own words. It also adds an improvisational energy that lets potential recruits see first hand the environment of their future workplace.
