Sometimes distractions can be a very healthy thing

Sometimes distractions can be a very healthy thing. Without the passions that I have for fields outside of the production industry I wouldn’t have anywhere near the knowledge or perspective that I have today.

In 5 days, I will be organizing an encore event for what was once the largest rollerblading contest in the world. Stepping away from this event 10 years ago allowed me to dive fully into my career as a director, editor, start my own company & see it grow.

Now, in the middle of final preparations for the last Bitter Cold Showdown @bittercoldshowdown , I can’t help but be grateful for everything I’ve learned by following my passions.
