We created an hour-long cooking competition show called ‘Top Cheese’ for Wisconsin Cheese in collaboration with WE MUST BE BOLD. It was a mashup of Jeopardy, Top Chef & Chopped with tons of delicious cheese involved. We had 72 hours to shoot, edit & deliver the project so that the fervent Cheeselandia audience could see the whole thing unfold almost immediately. It was everything you’d expect in a production like this and came with a few surprises. Stressful, fun, crazy & exhilarating. We can’t wait to do something like it again!
